Who are we?
Tommy is an occupational therapist with over 10 years experience working for the NHS, as such he is fully DBS checked and registered with the HCPC. He also holds an emergency first aid certificate and public and professional liability insurance.
Tommy has been practicing meditation for over 20 years and since 2010 he has been co-facilitating mindfulness courses in the NHS. Tommy is also currently undertaking a Masters Degree in teaching mindfulness based courses at Bangor University.

Hannah was a primary school teacher for 12 years with experience of Forest Schools, after which she became a support worker and outdoors coach. She is now training to be a counsellor with a special interest in outdoors therapy.
Hannah is originally from Hampshire and has always enjoyed walking and connecting with nature as well as enjoying music, dance and foreign languages.
Hannah joined Mindful Walks in 2019.
Andrea has years of experience working in mental health in the community and hospitals as a counsellor, youth worker, drugs and alcohol worker and case worker. She has a special interest in somatic, embodied, mindful practises and how mindfulness, forest/nature bathing and outdoor therapy can enhance wellbeing.
Andrea is from Pontypridd where she developed a love for nature, she now lives in Cardiff and is passionate about helping city people connect to nature. She enjoys walking, nature, yoga, dance, music, learning and the joy that can be found in the ordinary. She also holds an emergency first aid certificate and public and professional liability insurance. She is a member of BACP. Andrea joined Mindful Walks in 2019.
Callie works in a social services occupational therapy team and is also studying part time to qualify as an occupational therapist. She has worked in reablement and with older people in social services.
Callie is also part of the Back to Roots team (https://backtoroots.community/) and her main interests lie in working with people with chronic pain and using both movement and nature as modalities to support wellbeing. In terms of nature connection Callie loves the great outdoors - whether walking, climbing, or foraging for wild mushrooms. Callie joined Mindful Walks in 2022.
Carmen is a trained mindfulness teacher and holds an MA in teaching mindfulness-based approaches. She is also a qualified MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) teacher and regular leads online and face to face courses.
