About the Event

Mindful Walks is pleased to invite you to a series of guided walks at Between the Trees Festival.

This event will help you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world through paying attention to all of your senses as well as helping you to notice your own thoughts, emotions and sensations in your body in relation to this experience.

Times and other details to be confirmed on site, at times walking in silence, at times sharing our experiences and what we have noticed. At the end we invite you to share your experience with us.
